How to exit the family number

Taking mobile as an example, the method of quitting the family number is as follows:

1. Send SMS QXJTCY to 10086 to unsubscribe from the mobile home network.

2. Enter the China Mobile website and enter the login user name and password. If you forget the service password, you can log in with SMS verification code, then find the family number management in my service and click Enter.

3. Bring your ID card to the local business hall to unsubscribe.

4. Call 10086, press 0 to transfer to manual customer service, and ask customer service to cancel.
