The use of Xiaojing Card is universal in the global UnionPay network, and it enjoys seven fee reductions, such as card opening fee, card replacement fee, card annual fee, written loss reporting fee, ATM withdrawal fee in the same city/different place, online banking and mobile banking transfer fee, and SMS angel service fee.

Xiaojingka is an exclusive debit card created by Bank of Beijing for children under the age of 18.

The guardian shall bring his valid ID card (ID card above 16 (inclusive) and ID card or household register below 16) and guardianship certificate (birth certificate or household register that can prove the guardianship relationship) to the Bank of Beijing Branch for on-site handling.
