How to cancel SMS service?

Hello! If you need to cancel the SMS notification of ABC debit card, you can do it through our personal banking APP: please click "Home → All → Assistant → SMS notification → Maintenance/Cancel" in turn (if you do this, all the bound mobile phone numbers displayed on the page will be cleared).

In addition, you can also cancel the debit card SMS notification service through our personal online banking, 95599 customer service manual and counter channels.

Tips:

1. If the SMS knows the arrears, it can only be cancelled after paying the fee.

2. If the status of the message service contract is "suspended" or "abnormally suspended", it cannot be cancelled through the customer service manual channel.

3. If your online banking and online banking are registered and opened in Fujian Province (excluding Xiamen), it is temporarily not supported to cancel the SMS notification service through online banking and online banking channels.

4. If your message service status is normal and you only have one service mobile phone number, you can also send a text message "the last four digits of ZXTZ# account" to 95599 to cancel the contract.

China Agricultural Bank shall provide the following application materials to the account opening bank when notifying the account cancellation by SMS: 1.
