Registration Notice for Putonghua Proficiency Test in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province from August to September 2022

According to the regulations of the Provincial Language Commission, this test is only available to those who study, work or live in Jiangsu. The supporting materials can be one of the following original documents of the candidate, and the candidate is responsible for their authenticity.

(1) ID card or household register showing Jiangsu household registration number or address;

(2) Temporary residence permit or residence permit with address in Jiangsu Province;

(3) A valid student ID card from a school in Jiangsu Province;

(4) A valid work permit or employment certificate issued by a unit in Jiangsu Province;

(5) Within Jiangsu Province Employment certificate issued by the community;

(6) Materials that can reflect that you have a stable residence in Jiangsu Province, such as real estate certificate, house sales contract, lease contract, etc.

3. Conditions for candidates to take the test

(1) The resident place is a county (city, district) without local epidemic;

(2) Examination No history of traveling to medium- and high-risk areas in the past 7 days;

(3) Complete 2 nucleic acid tests (with a time interval of more than 24 hours) in the district and city where the test center is located within 3 days before the test, and the results are normal.

(4) The candidate’s body temperature is normal (body temperature exceeds 37.3°C) on the day of the test, and there are no respiratory symptoms such as coughing.

IV. Other related matters

(1) If one of the following four situations occurs, even if the registration is successful, you will not be allowed to participate in the test and the registration fee will not be refunded:

1. Have a history of traveling to medium- and high-risk areas within 7 days before the test;

2. There is no negative nucleic acid test report of the "two tests in three days" in the district or city where the test site is located;

3 .Persons with positive nucleic acid test results for the new coronavirus, as well as close contacts, sub-close contacts, time and space companions, red and yellow health code codes of those with positive tests;

4. Have a fever before admission and during the test (body temperature exceeds 37.3 ℃) or cough and other respiratory disease symptoms.

(2) Candidates must sign the "Jiangsu Provincial Mandarin Proficiency Test Health Test Form" and hand it to the test administrator when entering the test center.

(3) Candidates must arrive at the test site at least 30 minutes in advance and bring their admission ticket, valid resident ID card, supporting materials listed in the "Test Objects" of this instruction, "Health Test Certificate", and negative nucleic acid test certificate. (Both paper or electronic can be used), present Sukang code and communication big data itinerary card.

(4) During the test, candidates must wear masks throughout the test except for identity verification, imaging and other aspects.

(5) The method of receiving the certificate must be by mail.

5. Registration method

Test registration, payment, and printing of admission tickets are all conducted online.
