For GSM customers of Beijing Mobile, only those who have applied for GSM 88 Internet package and GSM 88 business package can apply for SMS package service. The fee is 10 yuan/month, of which 150 SMS messages (excluding international, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan SMS messages).
