Report on Four Issues of Social Practice in Ideological and Political Education
Report on Social Practice of Ideological and Political Education
This sudden epidemic has made the whole country1400 million people feel the ruthlessness of the virus, but at the same time, they have also seen the touching scene of the whole country fighting the epidemic with one heart and one mind, and also seen the dedication of party member, the producer of * * *, in the face of the national crisis. This battle is the battle of the whole nation, and it is also a test for all aspects of society. It is by no means a simple public health incident. From the outbreak of the epidemic to the severity, from understanding the epidemic to rescuing isolated patients, from supporting Wuhan nationwide to driving up prices with masks, from reporting good news without reporting worries to public opinion flying all over the sky, this campaign made me understand the difficulties and challenges in all aspects of society and the importance of public opinion. Many people don't realize the challenges faced by such a large-scale country in administrative and social governance. I haven't seen CCTV take the lead recently to prevent some rumors with ulterior motives from being over-interpreted, and began to broadcast live in several cities, covering the construction process of Wuhan Xiaotangshan Model Hospital, so that news and facts can be presented to the audience and run through the rumors. Of course, many recent events need to bring us some reflection, and we need to realize that there are still many problems to be solved urgently in our country's administrative ability. After the epidemic, we need to conduct in-depth investigation and learn lessons, but at present, the first task is to unite as one and fight against the "epidemic".
Chapter II Report on Social Practice of Ideological and Political Education
With the development of economy and the improvement of traffic conditions in China, the flow of migrant workers is becoming more and more frequent. Because they can find relatively high-paying jobs in cities, many people who used to live in rural areas come to cities to look for jobs to improve their lives. What are the living conditions and working environment of these migrant workers? In order to truly understand the working environment of migrant workers, this survey is launched. In this survey, small factories and self-employed workers in the suburbs of Hangzhou were investigated to seek relevant information in the lives of migrant workers. I. Overview
According to the requirements of the detailed rules for the implementation of practical teaching of ideological and political theory courses in our school, social practice outside the school will be carried out this summer. In order to complete the practical teaching task of our school this summer, this survey is launched. This survey mainly takes the form of field visits, internships and interviews, taking migrant workers working in small factories and self-employed households in the suburbs of Hangzhou as the main body of the survey to truly understand the working environment of these migrant workers. Through on-the-spot visits and interviews, we have basically grasped the present situation and some outstanding problems of the working environment of migrant workers in this area, and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement. After this investigation, I have gained a lot myself.
Second, the development of activities
The working environment includes not only the ecological environment where workers work, but also the interpersonal relationship, accommodation environment, living conditions after work (spiritual and civilized life) and so on, which are closely related to the work of workers.
A good living environment can make people happy at work and healthy physically and mentally, which is very helpful to improve work efficiency and enrich spiritual life. It can be said that a good working environment often gets twice the result with half the effort. Therefore, a good working environment is very important.
In order to better understand the working environment of migrant workers, so as to better improve the working environment of migrant workers, taking this summer practice survey as an opportunity, a survey on the working environment of migrant workers in eastern Hangzhou was carried out.
The complex terrain, vertical and horizontal streets and numerous kinds and quantities of factories in the eastern suburbs of Hangzhou are very unfavorable for individuals to visit and inspect one by one. So I classified the factories, mainly visited and interviewed the factories and workers engaged in light industrial processing and logistics transportation. As for a large number of factories, I adopted the method of random sampling. For the same type of factories in the same place, only a few factories were randomly selected to visit and investigate. Due to the number of people (no more than two) and funding constraints, this social practice cannot be conducted by questionnaire.
The location and method of the investigation were determined, and then the field investigation was carried out.
First came some small garment processing factories, logistics companies and some auxiliary materials processing factories in Wubao, Hangzhou. After explaining the purpose, most factory managers agreed to let me interview the workers in their company. Then I visited the logistics companies in Qibao and Jiubao, the cloth and Luokou processing factories, and some local small shops and breakfast shops opened by foreigners.
For the convenience of statistics, the questions I asked in the interview were concentrated, mainly including the following questions:+1+ Are you satisfied with your working environment? +2+ What are you dissatisfied with? +3+ What do you want to do to improve your working environment? How to improve +4+?
Most of the workers answered my questions in detail. Through talking with them, I also got a detailed understanding of the working environment of these workers.
In addition, I also observed around these sites. The local ecological environment and entertainment facilities were investigated. There are great differences in the surrounding ecology, and there are also some differences in entertainment facilities and entertainment life. This also affected the migrant workers' answers to my questions in the interview.
Through this survey, I visited more than 20 factories and companies in the east of Hangzhou, talked with migrant workers of different ages and sexes, and recorded some interview results. Under the premise of existing time, energy and funds, I visited factories and self-employed people as much as possible. Therefore, the survey results are also the most accurate under the current conditions.
Third, the results of statistics and analysis
The results obtained through field investigation, interviews and interviews are scattered, and I have made statistics and analysis on these results. This paper mainly classifies the respondents by age, and then summarizes the answers of people of different ages.
Through investigation, it is found that most migrant workers work long hours every day, and there are basically no holidays, so the life of workers after work is extremely scarce. On-the-spot visit found that the ecological environment of migrant workers' work is not very good, and the natural rivers are seriously polluted, mainly caused by the discharge of factory sewage and domestic sewage.
After analyzing the interview results, it is concluded that only about 30% people are satisfied with their working environment. +About 70% of workers aged 20-30 feel that working hours are too long, about 40% of workers aged 40-50 feel that working hours are too long, and only about 20% of workers aged 30-40 feel that working hours are too long.
In terms of spiritual life, about 70% of the workers aged 20-30 feel lack of spiritual life, about 14% of the workers aged 30-40 and about 15% of the workers aged 40-50.
In terms of sanitary environment, about 20% of migrant workers feel that the workplace environment is poor, about 70% of migrant workers feel that the sanitary environment in the workplace is similar to that in their rural hometown, and only less than 10% of migrant workers feel that the workplace environment is better than that in their rural hometown.
In terms of accommodation, about 30% people feel that food conditions need to be improved. About 40% people feel that they need to improve their accommodation conditions.
In terms of entertainment facilities, most people said they were not worried.
In improving the working environment, most people think it is necessary to shorten working hours and set prescribed rest days, followed by improving accommodation. Few people feel that spiritual life and sanitary conditions need to be improved, and everyone says they can tolerate them.
No one gave a clear plan on how to improve it. Everyone says that if you pursue high welfare, it is difficult to find a well-paid job, and shortening working hours will inevitably reduce work remuneration. For a better working environment with a lower salary, everyone said that they would rather have a worse working environment than a job with a higher salary, because the original intention of finding a job in the city is to find a job with a higher salary to subsidize family expenses.
During the visit, I also found that all the migrant workers I saw were very busy, and most of them talked to me while working. They are all working hard to make a living.
It is not difficult to find that the environment for migrant workers to work in Hangzhou is not very good through statistical results and interviews. Most migrant workers don't care much about their working environment. Compared with a good working environment, higher salary will attract migrant workers. The survey also found that the working environment of large factories is generally better than that of small factories, but the wages of workers in small factories will be higher and the wage changes will be greater.
Fourth, the significance and summary of the activity
I gained a lot from this cold survey.
This is my first time to take part in this kind of actual investigation. Practice is a very meaningful thing. In practice, you can learn knowledge that is not available in books and increase your social practice ability. We must test what we have learned in practice. Although sometimes we feel that the knowledge in books is useless at all, having knowledge means having the ability to learn. So I think the purpose of practice is not to pass the exam, but to acquire knowledge. In other words, studying in school is to meet the needs of society and pass the exam.
In this practice, I not only learned some factory management modes in the field trip, but also exercised how to communicate with different people in the communication with workers. Communicating with people is an important skill. Whether in school or in future work, being able to communicate with others better is a key to success. In this practice, I also exercised my will and courage and made me determined to do everything well. In a word, I learned a lot in this practice that is not available in books. I believe these things are very helpful to my future study, life and work.
The most important thing of this practice is to let me know the basic working environment of migrant workers at present, which is also the purpose of this practice. Seeing migrant workers working hard in such an environment, I have no reason to slack off. Now that we have such a good learning environment, should we study harder?
Of course, this practice is still flawed. Due to the limitation of conditions, I can't expand my investigation scope, go to more areas, more enterprises and investigate more migrant workers. Due to the small scope of the survey and the small number of interviews, the data obtained from the survey and the results thus analyzed cannot accurately represent the current problems, nor can they represent the current working environment of all migrant workers in Hang Cheng. However, these conclusions can reflect the basic situation of migrant workers' working environment and their feelings about their own working environment to a certain extent, so the survey results also have certain reference value.
For this actual survey, I think there can be some improvements. You can expand the number of groups, give each group a fixed topic and funding, and send tutors to help guide. A little more group size can expand the scope of our investigation, and the conclusion drawn through questionnaire survey is more intuitive and easier to analyze. This is of great help to improve the accuracy of the actual investigation. The instructor can give us a lot of help in details for those students who are doing this actual survey for the first time.
In any case, this social practice has made me gain a lot, also let me know a lot of my own shortcomings, and gave me the goal of self-improvement.

I'm Song Weihai, a student of Software 108 1 in Computer Engineering College of Huaiyin Institute of Technology. Text of practice report: investigation and study on the living conditions of the people in Xiao Lou village, Pizhou city
In the summer vacation of xx, I entered Huaiyin Institute of Technology. I haven't been a tutor or any other part-time job since I came to school, so my social experience is definitely not as good as other students. In the summer vacation of my sophomore year in xx, the social practice of "Ideological and Political Course" forced me to carry out social practice. This is a compulsory practical course for college students, so after consulting with friends in the village, we investigated the living conditions of people in Xiao Lou Village, Pizhou City. Doing this survey not only exercised the tacit understanding and cooperation between friends, but also increased the understanding of the current rural people's lives and enriched the social practice experience. This summer vacation is full.
We live in the countryside and have a better understanding of the situation in the countryside, so we choose this topic. Because I seldom go home after going to college, I found that our small village has changed this time. In fact, not only our village in Xiao Lou has changed, but also our town. Because of the characteristics of our town: the hometown of dry speculation. According to the changes found around the village, we have identified several issues to be investigated, which are enough to reflect what rural life is like.
(1) The main roads in the village have been built from stone roads into cement roads. On August 1 day, xx, we went to the village branch to investigate the source of road repair funds. It turns out that 300 yuan is the bottom line for each household. On this basis, we donate at will, and the rest is subsidized by the government. So we randomly went to several neighbors' houses to investigate the amount of donations, ranging from 1000 yuan to 50 100 yuan. This shows that there is still a gap between the rich and the poor in rural areas. As the saying goes, roads should be built first. When the roads are repaired, there will be many more cars and trucks in the village.
(2) Every household has a unified bathroom. Although the original countryside is also surrounded by green numbers, birds and flowers are fragrant. But there are toilets of one kind or another everywhere. This is a bad phenomenon in rural areas, because a bad smell will come from time to time. Now, the government subsidizes and each family contributes to make more suitable toilets for each family. On August 2nd, xx, we investigated the villagers' satisfaction with government policies. Except for a few villagers who have been away all the year round, everyone else is sure!
(3) The factory began to be built on the edge of the village. As our town is the hometown of dry frying, there is a saying: one shovel and one pot, melon seeds are fried all over China. So the young and middle-aged people in the village go out and run around, and most of them are old and young, so the left-behind children are also a big problem, so we will not pursue the problem of left-behind children here. On August 4, xx, we found the factory director through the leadership of our parents and investigated the arrangement of building the factory. This is a successful man who rushed back to his hometown. After seeing the advantages of his village, he decided to take care of himself in his hometown. After building the site, I decided to continue cooking, and this time I was cooking in the village, where the farmers were all workers. The factory director asked us to continue to investigate the number of people in the village who are willing to pay for dried fry and the satisfactory salary, and provided a questionnaire, which we sent to the villagers for investigation. Perhaps the villagers can't believe that there are their own stalls in the village to make money, and only 30% of the villagers accept it. The requirement is basically 50 yuan for a lunch every day. This may be the simplicity of the countryside, never talking about basic salary+bonus. I believe this factory can be built!
(4) Government subsidies for farmers to cultivate land have been implemented. On August 6 -7, xx, I rested for two days to sort out information, looked at the government's rural policy on the Internet, and decided to investigate the situation of farmers' farming subsidies. On the 8th, we asked the farmers in the sixth and seventh groups in our village. Government subsidies are paid per mu, without default, and our family has also gained something. Although the tree is planted, it is carefully cultivated after all! Some villagers said that they are very grateful for not asking for money, and they have also made money, and they will pack two more acres next year. Growing garlic earned 56 thousand this year, which is better than going out to work!
(5) Finally, we also want to know a problem in rural areas, family planning. Because of this problem, the villagers generally don't tell us, but only ask the closest relatives. Rural women are still good at chatting. We know that although the country implements the family planning strategy, advocates late marriage and late childbirth, fewer births and healthier births, etc., we find that what we really do can't be said to be nothing or very few. We find that there is still an old concept of son preference in rural areas, and there are still many families who want to have a boy. Moreover, rural families still want a man and a woman to be the most beautiful.
On August 12, xx, the summer practice of 12 ended. The short social practice passed quickly, and I learned a lot from it, which will benefit me for life. Although our survey is very common, it can reflect the present situation of rural life. The policy is promulgated by the state and needs to be seriously implemented. Therefore, the success of rural areas has a lot to do with rural leading cadres, and leading cadres must be elected. Some villages and towns build houses, and farmers in the whole village form plasterers and drivers to build houses in other villages. Some villages engage in timber, and their timber is sold to the whole country. Our village should engage in dry speculation. All walks of life can make money after forming their own majors. Every town has its own characteristics. It is right to do a good job of characteristics. Decentralized, the whole village is not rich. Although the overall cultural level in rural areas is not high, parents in rural areas want their children to get a higher education than parents in cities, otherwise they will not work hard day and night outside. Therefore, the cultural level in rural areas will continue to improve. Every time I get home, my parents will ask me how it is, say it's too hot, go early and come back early, and ask me how long it will take to finish. It is really useful for the school to let us go to social practice, which will benefit us a lot. Social practice has made me understand that making money is really not easy, and that the hard work in the future will never be in vain. Social practice has narrowed the distance between me and society, broadened my horizons and increased my social practice ability. Society, like universities, is also a place to study and receive education. In that vast world, we have laid a more solid foundation for more intense competition in the future.
The fourth report on social practice of ideological and political education
I. Purpose of Practice Practice leads me to the application of science and technology and get out of the classroom. What we lack at present is not knowledge, but the ability to combine knowledge with practice. What we learn in class is different from what we encounter in practice. There are often no obvious characteristics, and we need to summarize them abstractly in order to solve various problems. Therefore, during my college years, I think it is very, very beneficial for my future development and further study to have more contact with the society, know more about my environment and know more about the problems I will face.
Second, the way of practice.
Adopt "small team" social practice, with 15 members.
Third, the practical content.
(1) Carry out legal publicity and safety publicity through various forms such as blackboard newspaper, radio, short message and internet.
In Hongcun and Suoyuan, we introduced the marriage law, property inheritance and other legal knowledge closely related to real life, as well as poems about peace to local villagers in the form of blackboard newspapers. At the same time, it summarizes the propaganda slogan: Be prepared for danger in times of peace and be good at popularizing law. In addition, we wrote a letter to the villagers in Lipu town by using the villagers' mailbox on the internet, and achieved good results. He also publicized the three-character classics of legal knowledge on the radio, which was well received by local villagers.
We came to the kindergarten to tell the children about safety.
In practice, we have also noticed the relatively weak groups of children, and think it is necessary to educate them about safety knowledge. So we contacted a local kindergarten to teach the children. We taught them how to recognize traffic signs, ask and answer questions, and held a simple children's song recitation contest. Not only did they learn knowledge, but we also realized the feeling of being a teacher, and the combination of professional theoretical knowledge and practice was better, which was also a rare experience.
(3) Cooperate with the District Political and Legal Committee and other departments to conduct a questionnaire survey.
Because Zhejiang Province is carrying out the "Safe Zhejiang" activity this year, Jindong District has also carried out specific implementation. Now that the activities are almost carried out, it is necessary to conduct a mass satisfaction survey to find out the existing problems and deficiencies in order to improve them better. This is in line with the safety publicity of our practice team, and our college students also have this experience, so we spent a day in Lipu Town to conduct a questionnaire survey.
(4) Holding legal knowledge riddles.
Laws and regulations are boring. In order to increase villagers' interest and make them better understand legal knowledge actively, we specially prepared a lantern riddle activity about legal knowledge. We found some topics from professional books, wrote them on cardboard, tied beautiful ribbons and red ropes, which were very beautiful. On that day, the villagers were also very enthusiastic, scrambling to answer questions and getting a small gift. An old man said that such activities should be held frequently and in good form, which gave us great encouragement.
(5) Performing in a mock trial.
We conducted mock trials for government workers, village officials and villagers' representatives. We have carefully prepared the civil court and the criminal court, both of which are cases that often exist in life. Later, the mayor said that our performance was of great practical significance. Now it is a society ruled by law, and villagers should know how to solve problems through legal channels.
(six) to carry out research on publicity model.
Because a few days ago, we made a survey on the satisfaction of the masses, and found that the masses here generally reflected that the publicity was not in place. Therefore, we think it is necessary to investigate the propaganda mode of new countryside, find out the existing problems and put forward suggestions in order to find a feasible and scientific propaganda mode.
Fourth, practical experience.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. The short and substantial practice of this 10 day, I think, has played a bridge and transition role to the society, is an important experience in life, is an important step, and is also of great help to my future work.
Some basic principles of life, such as asking for advice with an open mind, observing organizational discipline, and treating others with civility, should be conscientiously implemented in real life, and good habits should be constantly cultivated in real life. Most of the experience and knowledge I learned during this period came from the teaching of my predecessors and leaders, which is a valuable asset in my life. This practice also made me deeply understand that it is very important to maintain good relations with colleagues at work. To do things, we must first learn to be a man, understand the truth of being a man, and how to get along with others is the most basic problem in modern society. For a person who is about to enter the society, there are many things to learn. They are our teachers. As the saying goes, "A threesome must have a teacher", and I can learn a lot from them.
University is a holy place to educate, cultivate and hone me. I feel honored to live here. Practice is the way for students to use what they have learned to get in touch with society, understand society, serve society and practice themselves. Practice it yourself, not behind closed doors. It has achieved a leap from theory to practice and then to theory. Enhance the ability to understand, analyze and solve problems. It has laid a good foundation for knowing, understanding and stepping into society. After practice, I found that my professional knowledge is still scarce and my comprehensive ability needs to be improved. It is very important to cultivate communication skills, expression skills and writing skills. At the same time, we need to arm ourselves with knowledge and enrich ourselves with books in the future study, so as to lay a more solid foundation for serving the society in the future!
After 10 days of practice, I feel that I have grown up a lot and finally realize that the campus is actually very small. Although it covers an area of 1000 mu, it is only a small part of society and an institution for guiding people. Learning theory at school, stressing moral cultivation, and leaving school to enter the society, learning quality and ability, talking about temperament and connotation, but the two are still interlinked, in order to successfully enter the fierce social competition and pursue Excellence. Therefore, from now on, I should constantly enrich my ideological culture, improve my quality and self-cultivation, and even more, I should constantly enhance my practical ability in all aspects to adapt to the fiercely competitive society.
