Do immediate family members call when filling out the car loan?

Legal analysis: you will not call your parents when you apply for a car loan unless your parents guarantee the applicant. However, if the lender fails to repay the loan on time, it will call the relatives left behind.

Legal basis: Article 11 of the Interim Measures for Personal Loans shall meet the following conditions when applying for personal loans:

(1) The borrower is a People's Republic of China (PRC) citizen with full capacity for civil conduct or an overseas natural person who meets the relevant provisions of the state;

(2) The purpose of the loan is clear and legal;

(3) The amount, duration and currency of the loan application are reasonable;

(4) The borrower has the willingness and ability to repay;

(5) The borrower's credit status is good and there is no significant bad credit record;

(6) Other conditions required by the lender.

Article 44 Bad information in the Regulations on the Management of Credit Information refers to the following information that has a negative impact on the credit status of the information subject: information that the information subject fails to fulfill its obligations in accordance with the contract in activities such as lending, credit purchase, guarantee, lease, insurance and credit card use, information that the information subject is subject to administrative punishment, information that the people's court has judged or ruled that the information subject has fulfilled its obligations and enforced it, and other bad information as stipulated by the supervision and administration department of the State Council credit reporting industry.
