Control measures to prevent and control five types of returnees

In order to prevent and control the epidemic scientifically and accurately, our city strictly implements the precise prevention and control measures of classification and zoning for returnees from different risk areas:

1.Personnel category of "14 days of centralized isolation +7 days of home isolation medical observation".

Close contacts of confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons, and close contacts of close contacts;

People who have been exposed to COVID-19-positive cold chain food, mail and other items and are at risk of infection;

The "time-space companion" pushed by big data cannot exclude people who are at risk of infection after epidemiological investigation;

People at medium and high risk points.

The above four categories of people who come to and return to Han should be strictly isolated 14 days after arriving in Han. During the period of centralized isolation, nucleic acid detection was carried out every two days to complete the "three-piece" detection. Only when the result is negative can the centralized isolation be lifted. After the isolation was lifted, the family medical observation was continued for 7 days, and one person and one household were required to stay indoors, and the nucleic acid test was carried out on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively. Those who do not have the medical observation conditions of home isolation should continue to focus on isolation.

2. The personnel category is "14-day home isolation medical observation".

People coming to Han and returning to Han in the counties where the middle and high risk areas are located and the counties where the positive cases are located, take home isolation medical observation and management measures 14 days. During the medical observation in isolation at home, one person and one household are required to stay indoors and have a nucleic acid test on 1, 4, 7, 10 and 14 respectively. Do not have the medical observation conditions of home isolation, to carry out centralized isolation.

3. "14-day family health monitoring" personnel category.

Personnel from other low-risk counties and districts in the city where the middle and high-risk areas are located should go to China with negative results of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours. Carry out home health monitoring/0/4 days after going to Han, pay attention to personal protection when going out, avoid having dinner, and avoid going to places with dense people, large flow of people and closed space. 4. Other categories of personnel in low-risk areas.

People who come to and return to Han in other low-risk areas must provide negative proof of nucleic acid within 48 hours, conduct 1 nucleic acid test within 24 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test on the seventh day after returning to Han.

5. People staying in epidemic-related areas for "14 days".

If the people coming to Han and returning to Han in the epidemic area have been isolated for 14 days, the unit, school or community shall issue relevant certificates to confirm that they have completed the centralized isolation for 14 days. After arriving in Han, I made a 7-day home isolation medical observation.

Third, do a good job in personal health monitoring.

Pay close attention to the physical condition of yourself and your family, especially after returning from going out, and do a good job in monitoring your own health. If COVID-19-related symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, loss of sense of smell, loss of taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea occur, don't go to work sick, don't take part in social activities, don't take public transport, don't take a taxi, wear disposable medical masks immediately, and go to a fever clinic in a nearby hospital as soon as possible to cooperate with nucleic acid detection and epidemiological investigation.

Five, people in epidemic areas do not return to Han unless necessary.

People at middle and high risk points and where positive cases are located will not return to China unless necessary. If the result of nucleic acid test is negative within 48 hours, carry out 1 nucleic acid test within 24 hours and 1 nucleic acid test on the third day, and consciously abide by the relevant measures for the control of returning to China. Six, don't go out, don't leave Korea unless necessary.

The staff of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions in the city are not allowed to go out or leave Han unless necessary.
