Under normal circumstances, if you violate traffic regulations while driving a car with Linked Cloud, Linked Cloud will notify you by SMS or email within 5-7 days. At the same time, you can also check the relevant notices in the violation record in the app software, and the notice will be issued within 15 days at the latest.

Before dealing with violations, we must first confirm whether it is illegal within our own use time. If so, you can contact customer service to get the vehicle driving license first, and then deal with the violation. At the same time, I also want to remind everyone that after receiving the violation notice from Linked Cloud, we should deal with the violation as soon as possible.

If you don't handle it for a period of time, the system will automatically handle it for you by default, and then deduct the fee from the deposit. Generally, the price will be much higher than that handled by yourself. Please see the user manual of Linked Cloud for details. After handling the violation, it is best to call customer service to confirm that it has been handled.

How to deal with linkage cloud violations?

1. Open "Traffic Management 12 123", enter the home page and click "More" to find the function of "Illegal Handling of Taxi" in "Illegal Handling Business";

2. After entering the illegal car rental interface, select the corresponding illegal car rental, check the corresponding illegal information, and deal with the violation and pay the fine after it is correct;

3. After paying the fine, open the Linked Cloud APP, enter the homepage and click on the avatar in the upper left corner to enter the "Personal Center" interface;

4. After entering the personal center, click "Violation", and then upload the violation certificate. After that, the system will complete the review within 5- 10 working days. If the violation fine has been paid, the deposit will also be refunded, otherwise the violation will be transferred to the lessee's name.
