How to check vaccination records?

On the applet page of the national government service platform, click COVID-19 vaccination information query to enter a new page.

In the COVID-19 vaccination information query page, click the self-check to jump to the vaccination information page.

Check vaccination records

On the vaccination information page, you can successfully see your own vaccination records.

Open health link

On the search page of WeChat, enter your local health link, such as Sichuan Tianfu Health Link.

Select other services

After entering the Tianfu Health Link page, click other services to enter the new page.

Click on vaccination service.

On the "Other Services" page, find COVID-19 Vaccination Service and click on it.

View vaccination information

On the vaccination service page of COVID-19, you can successfully see your vaccination record by clicking on the vaccination information.

Search for health links

On Alipay's search page, enter your local health link, such as Sichuan Tianfu Health Link.

Select other services

After entering the Sichuan Tianfu Health Link page, click other services in the lower right corner.
