1. First, open the Tik Tok application on your mobile phone.

2. Then click the plus icon at the bottom of the page.

3. Then click the shoot button to shoot.

4. Click the check icon in the lower right corner after shooting.

5. Then click the Next button in the lower right corner of the page.

6. Then click on the cover.

7. Next, select the cover page and add text.

8. Finally, click Publish in the lower right corner of the page.
