What's the use of filing a case in the labor bureau?

After the Labor Bureau files a case, there are the following consequences: the employer is complained to the Labor Bureau by its employees, and the employer will be inspected by the relevant departments of the Labor Bureau. If the relevant departments of the Labor Bureau check and confirm that the events mentioned by the employees are true, then the Labor Bureau will punish the company accordingly.

Article 14 of the Regulations on Labor Security Supervision shall carry out daily inspections, examine written materials submitted by employers as required, and accept reports and complaints. The administrative department of labor security believes that the employing unit has violated the laws, regulations or rules of labor security and needs to be investigated and dealt with, and shall promptly file a case. The administrative department of labor security or the organization entrusted to carry out labor security supervision shall set up a mailbox and telephone for reporting and complaining. The administrative department of labor security shall, according to the emergency plan, promptly deal with mass incidents caused by violation of labor security laws, regulations or rules.
