Customers can apply to join the "Mobile Home" in the mobile business hall with valid certificates. Delete family members: send a short message "CYTC (space) householder service password (space) family member number" to 10086.

Family members can also send a TCJT message to 10086 to apply for withdrawal.

(Head of household) can also apply for adding, modifying or deleting family members in the mobile business hall or online business hall in the province. Family members are free to add, and family members modify or delete 5 yuan/time, and the expenses will be included in the personal account of the head of household.
