If you forget the answer to the secret security question, you need to go to Settings-System Management/More Settings-Backup and Reset/Restore the factory settings-Clear all data-Clear immediately-Enter the password as prompted. After the operation, the device will return to the initial state. Please make sure to back up other important data before operation. The data in the Atomic Privacy System/Secret Cabinet cannot be directly backed up, and the private data that cannot be viewed will be cleared together.
