What does China Mobile Campus V-Net Package mean?

China Mobile's campus V-network service is a service package aimed at the internal communication needs of campus customers, in which each member can enjoy the local call discount among members in the campus network.

Campus V-net: It is an activity launched for the contracted users of China Mobile M-Zone who have not joined exclusive services such as family fun, friends and relatives network, home network or other V-nets. After the cornet is successfully opened in the current month, local calls between members of the V-network are charged 0.08 yuan/minute in the current month, and calls are free. Fixed-price roaming, answering the phone from 0.2 yuan/minute, and taking effect automatically the following month. The preferential package for local calls in 5 yuan will take effect immediately after the preferential package takes effect. (Trombone calls are not preferential, and cornet is only used for roaming in the province)
