2020 Chinese Academy of Social Sciences University Master of Public Administration (MPA) Fifth Batch Advance Interview Notice

1. Application Conditions

1. Citizens of the People's Republic of China.

2. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, be ideologically progressive, and be politically reliable.

3. The physical health status meets the physical examination requirements stipulated by the state and the enrollment unit.

4. Candidates’ academic level must meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Graduates with a nationally recognized vocational college degree, reaching the same academic level as university graduates, Those who have more than five years of work experience (inclusive) by the time of enrollment (obtain a junior college diploma by September 2015 at the latest).

(2) Those who have obtained an undergraduate degree recognized by the Ministry of Education and have three or more years of work experience by the time of admission (obtain an undergraduate diploma by September 1, 2017 at the latest).

(3) Those who have obtained a master's or doctoral degree and have two or more years of work experience by the time of enrollment (obtain a degree certificate no later than September 1, 2018).

(4) Candidates applying with academic (degree) certificates obtained overseas must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (China).

2. Application steps

1. Candidates please log in to the candidate service system on the homepage of the Social Science MPA Education Center website (website: www.cassmpa.cn) (see Figure 1 for the specific location) , Figure 2), fill in and submit the "Advance Interview Candidate Information Form" as required. Submitting the "Advanced Interview Candidate Information Form" will be used as the basis for candidates to apply for early interviews;

2. The school will conduct a preliminary review of the applicants and notify the applicants to prepare for early interviews.

3. When participating in the advance interview, you need to prepare the following materials:

(1) Four copies of the paper version of the "Preliminary Interview Candidate Information Form" with your signature, each copy bound, Submit during the qualification review on the day of the advance interview.

(2) Original and copy of personal resident identity card (front and back copied on one page).

(3) Applicants need the original and a copy of their graduation certificate, and the original and a copy of their degree certificate (for undergraduate and graduate students without a degree certificate, please indicate this in the blank space of the copy of the diploma) Reason and signature), the electronic registration form of the Ministry of Education academic certificate or the original and copy of the academic certification report.

4. The school will keep the copies submitted by students participating in the early interview and will not return them.

3. Interview time and method

1. Interview time:

From now on, you can log in to the candidate service system to submit an early interview application. The fifth batch of early interview time The location and location are to be determined. Since the number of places in each batch is limited, the interview batch will be determined based on the order in which candidates submit applications through the system. If the fifth batch is full, it will be automatically postponed to the next batch. Candidates please log in to the candidate service system in time to view the review opinions. If they are delayed in attending the interview due to incorrect filling in or unavailable phone calls, the candidates will be responsible for the consequences.

2. Interview method:

(1) Main links: including English speaking/listening/personal qualities and professional qualities.

(2) Main content: English is conducted in the form of listening to the teacher’s questions and answering them. Personal quality and professional quality mainly include self-introduction, industry cognitive ability, and understanding of hot issues in company management.

(3) The question and answer session for each student lasts about 20 minutes, and the English interview lasts about 5 minutes.

4. Announcement of interview results

1. Candidates can check the interview results through the Social Science MPA Education Network and the Candidate Service System about 5 working days after the early interview.

2. Candidates who pass the interview in advance can apply for MPA in our school as long as their MPA joint examination scores reach the 2020 admission score, they pass the written examination of ideological and political theory, and their physical health meets the physical examination stipulated by our school. If you meet the requirements, you will be given priority to be admitted to our school’s MPA program.
