Among the 46 key cities, 25 cities have clearly defined the punishment measures for individuals and units that illegally put domestic garbage. Most cities will punish 200 yuan for individuals who throw garbage in violation of regulations, and impose a fine of 50,000 yuan on units that throw garbage in violation of regulations or dump it at will.
