Explore how to turn off message prompts.

1. Open the main interface of the mobile phone, and then click to enter the "voice" software.

2. After entering the main interface, click the "Settings" button in the upper right corner.

3. After entering the setting interface, find the "message reminder" option and click Enter.

4. In the message reminder interface, slide the switch button on the right side of the "Sound Reminder" option to the right until the button turns blue and displays "On", then the message prompt tone can be turned off.
