How to open China Bank Railway E Cartoon?

Conditions for opening an e-cartoon account of China Bank Railway:

1,/kloc-China citizens aged 0/6 to 70 (excluding) who have full capacity for civil conduct can apply with their valid second-generation ID card information.

2. I need to take and upload photos of the front and back of my valid second-generation ID card.

3. You need to bind the valid account of the designated bank in your own name for identity authentication and apply for opening the "Railway E-Cartoon".
