16. 1. 1 There is no message in the system indicating that there are still 30 unread items.

This is because reading in the SMS function is not selected. The solution is as follows:

1. Unlock the phone to the bottom of the home screen page and find the application message. There are no new messages, but the corner marker indicates that there are 4 unread messages.

2. Enter the main page of SMS program. There are no new messages but they have not been read. This is because the previous messages have not been clicked. There will be a blue dot on the left side of the unread text message. Click Edit.

3. After entering the edit mode, click all the reading functions on the left side at the bottom of the screen.

4. After successfully reading all the short messages, return to the information page, and the unread blue dot will no longer be displayed on the left side of the short message.
