What is the reason why there is no expression pack when Samsung mobile phone sends prestige comments?

If you can't send emoticons via SMS, please refer to the following:

1. You can't use the Samsung input method to send Yan characters. Please check whether the Samsung input method that comes with your mobile phone supports Yan characters. If yes, please open the phone settings-General/More-Application Manager-Samsung Chinese Input Method-and try to clear the data.

2. You can't use the third-party input method to send expressions. Please check whether there are relevant options in the settings of the third-party input method, or try to switch the input method in the top screen menu and replace the mobile phone input method.
