If the mobile phone number is blacked out, it can be received. If you are blacked out by WeChat, it is equivalent to deleting friends and you can't send messages.

Adding the other party's number to the blacklist will not affect the call or send short messages to the blacked-out number. Sending a text message to the other party can be received normally, but the other party can only see it and can't reply.

The difference between wechat blocking and deleting:

When the hacked person sends a message to the hacked person, the displayed message is rejected. Unless both parties remove each other from the blacklist, neither party can receive the verification message.

When deleting friends, two people have a unfriended relationship, and there will be no more WeChat friends in the deleting party's WeChat list. However, the deleted party's WeChat list also deleted the party's WeChat. If you send a message to the other person, it will remind you that you are not his friend yet. Please send a friend verification request. If it is blacked out, it will not receive friend verification, but it can be received after deletion.
