(4) The customer can inquire about the current designated province (city) by SMS. If the customer does not choose a designated province (city), it will inform the customer that the business has not been handled.

(5) as long as the customer successfully handles this business in the current month, the corresponding monthly function fee will be charged, and the function fee will not be charged again in the same month if it is repeated.

(6) customers are not allowed to apply for Zhongshan city and Guangdong province.

(7) customers do not charge change fees for handling or changing designated provinces (cities).

(8) customers do not enjoy preferential treatment when calling the voice station.

(9) customers who dial 12593 or 17951 will not enjoy preferential treatment.

4. Designated provinces/cities:

(1) Inter-provincial package can be applied for roaming provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions: Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Jiangsu, Hubei, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Anhui, Zhejiang, Fujian and Hunan. Packages in the province can be applied for roaming cities: Guangzhou, Zhaoqing, Qingyuan, Yunfu, Shaoguan, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Meizhou, Heyuan, Huizhou, Foshan, Zhuhai, Shantou, Jieyang, Shanwei, Chaozhou, Jiangmen, Yangjiang, Maoming and Zhanjiang.
