First, the temporary control of some communities was lifted in an orderly manner.

If the control units in the temporary control area meet the following conditions, the temporary control measures can be released in an orderly manner:

For five consecutive rounds of nucleic acid detection, all were negative, no positive infection, no active follow-up of positive infection, and no close contact with the community; There is no positive infection in the community, the last case has been transported for more than 4 days, and the interval between the trajectory of positive infection and the release of control is more than 4 days.

2. The positive infected communities shall lift the closed control measures in accordance with the relevant regulations of medium and high risk areas.

After the deregulation of the temporary control zone, it is recommended to work at home and online, and personnel should be active in "one area and three streets", so as not to gather, get together or leave "one area and three streets". Home health monitoring and isolation personnel "stay at home" and advocate yellow code personnel "stay in the community".

"One District, Three Streets" will continue to implement temporary traffic control.

Unregulated communities should continue to implement relevant requirements such as "staying indoors" or "not leaving the community", resolutely achieve faster transshipment isolation, more comprehensive nucleic acid screening, and stricter control measures, and effectively consolidate and expand the prevention and control results. The residential area to be temporarily closed shall be examined and approved by the street where it is located.

Second, gradually restore the normal production of enterprises.

Enterprises with closed-loop production at present:

1. If there is no positive infection, no close contact and no activity track of positive infection, we will continue closed-loop production and expand production;

2. There are no positive infected persons, there are close contacts and active tracks of positive infected persons, and the time from the last close contact transfer or active track of positive infected persons to the planned release of control has exceeded 4 days or more, and closed-loop production continues, which can expand production;

3. If a positive infected person has been found, after the last positive infected person left the enterprise, all employees have negative nucleic acid tests for 7 consecutive days; The last case has been transported for more than 4 days, and the trajectory of the positive infected person has been out of control for more than 4 days, so closed-loop production can be continued and production can be expanded;

4. The personnel entering the production of the enterprise shall meet the following conditions: the nucleic acid test has been negative for three consecutive times in the last three days, the health code and travel card are normal, and there are no abnormal symptoms such as fever and cough; Enterprises should check the activity track of employees, and there are no secret contacts, sub-secrets and exposed personnel in places related to the epidemic, and individuals should sign a letter of commitment.

Currently closed enterprises:

1. The whole enterprise has staff accommodation conditions, and other conditions refer to the above closed-loop production regulations;

2 enterprises that intend to resume work and production shall apply for confirmation by the economic development zone or street where they are located.

Third, strengthen prevention and control in public places.

Under the premise of strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures, the "one district, three streets" life guarantee supermarket resumed business in an orderly manner; The catering service unit temporarily does not provide catering business; Colleges and universities continue to suspend classes temporarily, and primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and off-campus teaching and training institutions suspend offline teaching; Old-age service institutions implement closed management; Other places shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice of Nanjing Emergency Command System on Strengthening the Prevention and Control of Public Places.
