For residential quarters without professional property management, the street or its entrusted community neighborhood committee shall stamp the registration form to confirm the use of parking spaces. When installing self-use charging piles in the office, it is necessary for the user's unit or its property service enterprise to confirm the use of parking spaces and stamp the registration form for confirmation.

5. A copy of the purchase certificate of the new energy vehicle. Entrust others to handle, the client needs to issue a certificate of entrustment.

6. After confirming the construction of charging piles for users, the new energy tram sales enterprise shall affix its seal on the application registration form for charging pile installation.

7. Submit the application registration form for installing the charging pile, the original ID card, photos of the on-site environment of the parking space, and parking space certification materials to the power supply department in the application area, and apply for the electricity license.

Installation requirements

1. It is necessary to go to the property center to sign the letter of commitment for the installation of electric vehicle self-use piles.

2. Wiring of charging pile: The shell needs to be covered with galvanized iron pipe or plastic pipe, and the wiring needs to be pulled neatly according to the specified line.

3. Installation of electric meter: it is installed at the designated position confirmed by the power supply bureau and the property.

4. Installation of charging pile: It shall be installed at the designated location jointly confirmed by the constructor and the property owner. This location shall not affect the passage of other pedestrians or occupy public places. At the same time, the charging pile should be labeled with "electric danger" and other warm tips.

5. A suspended dry powder fire extinguisher of not less than 6Kg must be installed above the parking space of the charging pile. In addition, more than 4Kg of dry powder fire extinguishers should be placed on the ground and packed in suitcases.
