Why is the phone bill less this day? 1, call 10086 and ask customer service. 2. Log in to official website for enquiry. 3. Send a text message (it seems to be 2, maybe there is a mistake. You can send it to 10086 to 10086 (as prompted) to 10086. Personally, I think it is easiest to call 10086 to find customer service. If you don't know anything, it's free to ask customer service directly (even in other provinces).
