Directional petty officer registration procedure

In 2023, the registration process of non-commissioned officers is divided into four links: registration, political examination, physical examination and admission.

First, register. The time for volunteering for the orientation training of non-commissioned officers in Shandong Province is June 29th. Candidates should fill in their volunteers in official website, Shandong Education Admissions Examination Institute, according to their own grades and the requirements of the admission scores of non-commissioned officers. Special reminder: directional training of non-commissioned officers can only apply for one school in advance.

2. Political assessment: Candidates who intend to apply for directional training of non-commissioned officers will register for political assessment at the county-level conscription office where they have their domicile or habitual residence (have obtained residence permit for three years) from June 19 to June 28.

Third, the physical examination is divided into the following time points:

1 and June 30th, candidates can check the medical examination list and instructions through the website of the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute.

2. On July 1 day, the Provincial Conscription Office provided the cities with a list of candidates who participated in the physical examination.

3. From July 2nd to 5th, the municipal recruitment offices organized candidates to have a physical examination, and informed the candidates of the conclusion of the physical examination in time.

4. Before July 6th 17: 00, the municipal admissions offices shall report the list of all candidates who have passed the physical examination and political examination to the provincial admissions offices.

4. Admission: Before July 8, the Provincial Admissions Office will summarize and send a list of qualified candidates for physical examination and political examination to the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute. According to the list, the Provincial Education Admissions Examination Institute files candidates from high scores to low scores according to their voluntary gender and the ratio of college enrollment plan 1: 1.2. All candidates with the same score will be selected by colleges and universities according to the candidates' physical examination conclusions and professional requirements for physical examination standards, and admission notices will be issued according to regulations.

Orientation sergeant training mode

The orientation training of non-commissioned officers lasts for 3 years, and after graduation, they get a college degree. In the first 2.5 academic years, the directional training colleges are responsible for training, and the recruiting troops should assist in the teaching of professional courses; In the last 0.5 school year, the conscription army is responsible for organizing the recruitment practice, including the recruitment training and pre-job training. The directional training of noncommissioned officers has completed the required credits, and the recruitment office at or above the county level where the directional training university is located organizes physical examination and political assessment in combination with the military recruitment work in the first half of the year; Those who meet the conditions for active service shall go through the formalities for enlistment.

After the directional training of non-commissioned officers is completed, the unit to which they belong will award the rank of non-commissioned officers for the first time in accordance with the relevant provisions of the rank of non-commissioned officers (including police rank, the same below), and the rank time will be counted from September 1 day of the graduation year. After being approved to join the army and being awarded the rank for the first time, the directional training non-commissioned officers will be given allowances, guaranteed meals and enjoy corresponding medical care, insurance and pensions according to the standard of first-year conscripts; After conferring the rank of noncommissioned officer, the salary and relevant treatment standards of noncommissioned officer shall be implemented from the date of conferring the rank.
