Combined with the current situation of prevention and control and the actual situation of the hospital, the relevant measures to strengthen the prevention and control of outpatient and emergency departments and inpatient wards in our hospital are hereby notified as follows:

I. Outpatient service

1. All patients and accompanying personnel who come to the hospital must go in and out through the special passage at the south gate of the hospital. Please take the initiative to show your Hebei health code and wear a mask when entering the hospital. When passing through the infrared automatic temperature measuring area, once the abnormal body temperature is indicated, we should actively cooperate with the re-examination of body temperature and the investigation of epidemiological history;

2. Overseas jade returnees, jade returnees from Tianjin, Anhui, Shanghai and other high-risk areas in China, or those who have had close contact with them, do not enter the outpatient hall, but actively inform the triage staff, who will take you to the fever clinic for investigation;

3. It is recommended that patients with mild symptoms see a doctor alone. Old people, children or seriously ill patients are accompanied by a family member. In the process of seeking medical treatment, it is necessary to wear masks regularly throughout the process, especially in the links where people are easy to gather, such as payment, inspection and drug collection, and pay attention to keeping the distance of 1 meter to avoid cross-infection to the greatest extent;

4. Our hospital strictly implements the real-name registration system of "one doctor, one patient and one room". Please bring your ID card, medical insurance card and other valid documents to the hospital, and cooperate with the attending doctor for epidemiological history investigation, temperature detection and related registration.

Second, hospitalization.

1. Each inpatient ward should implement the admission system with negative results of nucleic acid test. Our hospital provides free nucleic acid testing for inpatients and a chaperone. If you change your escort, you need to test at your own expense. Patients and caregivers who need hospitalization for emergency should collect nucleic acid samples in the emergency department, and mild patients and caregivers who need hospitalization for general outpatient treatment should collect nucleic acid samples in the nucleic acid collection area;

2. After the critically ill patients collect nucleic acid samples, our hospital will arrange for you to go to the emergency buffer ward for symptomatic treatment and wait for the results of nucleic acid testing. The full-time staff will inform you and your family of the nucleic acid test results in about 2 hours. If the nucleic acid test result is negative, they will transfer you to the corresponding inpatient ward for further treatment in time;

3. Mild patients Our hospital has prepared a waiting area for you, which is located on the south side of the internal medicine building. Full-time staff will inform you and your family about the results of nucleic acid test in about 2 hours. Please hold the admission notice stamped with the negative seal of nucleic acid test, go through the admission formalities at the admission office, and then enter the corresponding inpatient ward for treatment.

4. All wards in our hospital are under closed management, and relatives and friends are not allowed to visit. According to the requirements of nursing grade, "one person, one care" is implemented. The nurses are relatively fixed, and they enter and leave the ward with the nurse card. Patients and caregivers should actively cooperate with the hospital's epidemic management regulations, wear masks correctly, wash their hands frequently, and do not string wards or gather. Mild patients are advised not to accompany them.

3. Those who transport equipment, medicines, consumables and other units for the hospital to handle related business in the hospital, please show your Hebei health code, wear a mask, and accept the temperature test. If you need to enter the inpatient ward, you must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days.
