For the account registered before July 20 13, your legend needs to pass the dynamic password verification.

2. In official website, your legend, Netease, log in to Netease's email account and click? "Account management"? , and then click on the left? Your legend? , click to open the page? "Unbind".

3. Select your legend in the drop-down menu and fill in the SMS verification code received by the bound mobile phone.

4. After verification, your legend can be successfully unbound.

For newly registered accounts after July 20 1 31day, your legend must be authenticated by a secure mobile phone or the original serial number+dynamic password.

6. Enter Netease's legendary official website, enter your legendary serial number, dynamic password and verification code under "Transfer dynamic password", and click "Unbind".
