1, household registration certification materials: children's birth certificate, household registration book, ID card and parents' household registration book, ID card, and residence permit of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone with use function; Children and adolescents in Hong Kong and Macao also need to verify Hong Kong and Macao permanent resident identity cards, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permits to and from the Mainland (home visits), and proof of kinship between parents and children provided by the notary department.

2. proof of residence: if you actually live in the enrollment area of the school, verify the ownership certificate or real estate license or the purchase contract (including the receipt of the purchase price); If renting a house in the enrollment area of the school, verify the housing lease certificate issued by the housing lease management department that the continuous registration time exceeds 1 year, or the affordable housing lease contract issued by the housing construction department that the continuous registration time exceeds 1 year.

3. Social insurance materials: the record that both parents or one of them participated in social insurance (endowment insurance and medical insurance) 1 year in this city.

4. Family planning information: Family planning information registered by the community workstation where the parents of school-age children and adolescents now live.

Update household registration, residence, lease, family planning and other information in time: after the change of residence address in Shenzhen, the registration information on the residence permit should be transferred or changed in Shenzhen in time.
