1. All short messages cannot be received.

1. Please confirm whether it is a dual-card mobile phone. For a two-card one-way mobile phone, one card will be in the "closed" state during the call, and it is normal that this "closed" SIM card cannot receive short messages, so it can be resumed and receive short messages after the call.

2. Please check whether you have set harassment interception in the blacklist of Mobile Manager. If you select Block all strangers, all messages with strange numbers will be blocked and cannot be received. Please check the corresponding settings and try again;

3. Please confirm whether other SMS applications are set as default SMS applications. You can go to Mobile Settings Application Management Settings Default Application Settings, and then check the information to confirm whether the system default application is used. Third-party applications may not be able to receive short messages due to their own problems or compatibility problems;

4. Please check whether any third-party housekeeper application intercepts the SMS. Some security management applications will intelligently filter the received SMS, so it is recommended to uninstall this application. These applications are generally named after "XX housekeeper" or "XX assistant".

Third, the verification code message cannot be received.

Please wait patiently for this question and choose to try again after the countdown is completed.
