How to inquire about the opening date of CCB card?

1. Call the bank's service telephone number for inquiry.

2. Get your ID card and bank card to check at the bank counter.

3. If online banking is opened, you can query through online banking.

Inquiry method of online bank account opening date:

Step 1: Go to official website of your bank card.

Step 2: Select personal online banking to log in.

Step 3: There are three login methods, all of which can be used.

Step 4: After logging in successfully, check my account-account, which will contain your card record. Select it and click Query Account Information.
