At the bottom of the letter, there is the name above and the date below.

Writing format of letters:

1, the first title: capitalization, and some can also add some qualifiers and modifiers.

2. Greetings: If you write "Hello".

3. Body: The body of a letter can be written in several paragraphs.

4. hello. "This letter" follows the main body, with no additional paragraphs or punctuation marks. "Salute" should be written on the next line of "From Here", followed by an exclamation point to express the sincerity and strength of congratulations.

5. Signature and date. The writer's name should be written on the right of a blank line or two below the greeting, and the date should be written on the next line.

End of the letter

After writing the text, you should end your letter with some words of respect, wishes or encouragement. Traditionally, it is called greeting or paying tribute, which is a courtesy to the receiver. If you like, you can choose the right words according to people and specific situations, and you can't use them indiscriminately.

There are two idioms at the end:

(1) When the text is finished, write "Sincerity" on one line and "Salute" on the other.

(2) Don't write "Starting from here", just write the words "Salute", "Safety", "Health" and "Peace" on another line.

(3) You can also write words like "Peace" and "Happy every day".
