Dear patients and their families:

Recently, there have been many sporadic epidemics and some provinces and cities in China, and the situation is complicated and severe. In order to reduce the gathering of people and prevent cross-infection, according to the superior documents and the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the precautions for outpatient treatment and hospitalization in our hospital during the epidemic prevention and control period are hereby notified as follows:

First of all, please put on a mask, take your temperature from the entrance of the hospital gate, show your location code, itinerary code, vaccination record and ask about your contact history. If you have fever, cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell or taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms, please take the initiative to inform me.

One of the following four circumstances, are not allowed to enter the hospital.

① fever;

② Health codes are "red team" and "Yellow Code".

(3) I or my family members have overlapping or suspicious overlapping with the activity tracks of the patients diagnosed in COVID-19;

(4) Receiving community /CDC telephone or SMS notification, requesting nucleic acid detection.

Two, the hospital outpatient service to implement the management of "one doctor, one patient and one consulting room", the waiting area and the window spacing line should be greater than 1 meter.

Third, the ward implements the management of "one person, one certificate and one escort", and each patient is fixed with one escort. The nucleic acid test is negative and self-protection. The escort personnel must hold the "Escort Certificate" issued by the ward before entering the ward. Inpatients are not allowed to leave the ward at will, and chatting in the ward is prohibited.

4. The fever patients detected by the temperature measuring door of the hospital and the fever patients detected by the triage department will be escorted to the fever clinic of the tertiary general hospital by special personnel.

5. Visits are strictly prohibited during the epidemic. Please inform your relatives and friends.
