On September 18, 2020, Jinan Veterans Affairs Bureau and Jinan Landscape Bureau jointly issued the Notice on Further Improving the Free Admission of Retired Soldiers. From June 10, retired soldiers can enter the first spring in the world and other scenic spots free of charge with the Quancheng Yongjun Transportation Card (hereinafter referred to as the Yongjun Card) or other valid documents.
