Please read the following terms of service carefully before going through the online registration formalities:

It is applicable to all e-tickets of Jixiang Airlines, and does not support transit, off-site boarding (originating from outside Shanghai), flight change and unconfirmed flight tickets.

Applicable object: adults and children. It does not include important passengers, injured passengers, disabled passengers, revolutionary disabled soldiers and police, pregnant women, elderly people and children who are unaccompanied by adults, and passengers with special meals.

Adult passengers with babies or children are advised not to check in online.

Please enter your name, ID number or ticket number in the system as required before you can go through the check-in procedure.

5. The service can only select seats marked as "optional seats", and other seats in the "occupied seats" and "locked" states cannot be processed.

6. Passengers who cannot print paper boarding passes after completing online check-in procedures must apply for a replacement boarding pass at the airport check-in counter 45 minutes before the flight takes off.

Passengers carrying checked baggage can check in online if permitted by the airport of origin, otherwise they cannot check in at the airport after online check-in (whether the specific airport can handle baggage check-in shall be subject to the prompt when online check-in). Baggage consignment must comply with the corresponding safety regulations, alcoholic drinks, knives, dangerous tools and other items must be checked. It is strictly forbidden to carry valuables, travel documents, fragile articles, explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive and other substances or articles that obviously endanger personal safety and health or cause property losses during air transportation.

8. Tickets that have been checked in at the check-in counter may not be checked in online again.

9. For the frequent flyer members of Xiangpeng Airlines who check in online, the points will be automatically accumulated into your account without any additional operation.

10. If passengers need to cancel their seats after online check-in, they can cancel the online check-in service once. (Note: You will not be able to apply for online check-in again after one cancellation. Please be careful. )

Other considerations:

1. Passengers on board should strictly abide by the regulations of the competent government departments on the valid certificates required for taking civil aviation flights to ensure the legitimacy and validity of the passenger certificates on board. The passengers on board shall be responsible for the consequences caused by the inconsistency between the certificate and the name or the invalidation of the certificate.

2. If a fake passenger goes through the boarding formalities and the situation is serious, it will be sent to the public security organ for handling.

3. In order to ensure that you can correctly enjoy the service of "baggage check-in through and connecting check-in", we do not recommend qualified passengers to check in online. Please go to the check-in counter at the departure airport 45 minutes before the plane takes off.
