1. You can check the transaction information of the last three years at the business outlets of China Bank with your valid ID card and debit card, and the time span for each inquiry is 6 months. Online query supports printing. Transactions exceeding the time limit shall be handled at the opening bank or provincial outlets according to the specific conditions of the branch, and BOC cannot provide inquiry information on the spot. For the waiting time of overdue query results, please consult the branch business personnel of Bank of China.

2. Through mobile banking (IOS client, ANDROID client) and personal online banking, the account transaction details can be queried for up to 5 years, and each query time spans 6 months.
