How to set WeChat without sound?

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and there is no ringing/vibrating reminder in the message of WeChat, please try the following methods:

1, on wechat >; I > settings > new message reminder, turn on the "new message system notification" switch, select sound or vibration, and set it according to personal needs;

2. Please check whether the volume switch of the system is in mute state. If it is silent, please adjust it to ring or vibrate.

3. Please check whether the Do Not Disturb mode is turned on;

4. Open WeChat-I-Settings-do not disturb mode and check whether the switch is turned on;

5. Open the notification function of the system.

X: in settings >; Notification > find wechat, turn on notification authority, turn on notification mode according to your own needs (display notification in status bar, banner and lock screen), and select ringtone or vibration. The ringtone can be customized; Do not turn on mute notification.

6. When the mobile phone and computer log in to WeChat at the same time, the message "Windows WeChat has logged in, and mobile phone notification has been turned off" will appear on the main interface of mobile phone WeChat. Click this prompt box to set whether the mobile phone will mute the WeChat message.

7. Go to Settings > System (System and Update) > Reset > Restore All Settings, click Restore All Settings, and click Restore All Settings again after the second confirmation; If the screen lock password is set, you need to enter the screen lock password for confirmation before the second confirmation.

Warm reminder:

The path of EMUI 5.0 is set to >; Advanced settings > backup and reset. When the reset settings are used, the switch of the application avatar will be turned off, resulting in the loss of the application avatar data. Please back up the application data before this operation.

After all the settings are restored, when you set the face or fingerprint to unlock, you need to enter the application lock password to verify the binding. If you forget the application lock password, please try to retrieve it.

8. If all the above settings are turned on, there is still no ringing/vibration reminder, which may be caused by the abnormal logic of WeChat application itself. I suggest you restart your phone or uninstall and reinstall WeChat. (Uninstalling and reloading will cause all data of WeChat to be lost. Please back up the data in advance. )
