The tree of wisdom can't see the news of class group chat.

There may be two reasons why the wisdom tree can't see the class group chat message:

1.** didn't join the class group. * * If you don't join the class group, you won't be able to receive class group chat messages. You can search for class groups and join them to receive group chat messages.

2.** has joined the class group, but I can't see the news. * * If you have joined the class group, but you still can't see the group chat message in the wisdom tree software, it may be because your account is set to block group messages. You can check and turn off the settings for blocking group messages in the class group settings.
