2023 Military Recruitment Requirements and Conditions

The 2023 conscription time and requirements are as follows:

According to the notification from the superior military service agency, the country will implement two conscriptions in 2023, namely spring conscription and autumn conscription. The announcement of our school’s recruitment of college students for military enlistment in 2023 is as follows.

1. Recruitment objects

(1) Registration in the first half of the year (spring recruitment)

Students and recent graduates of ordinary full-time colleges and universities (including the class of 2022) Graduates)

(2) Registration in the second half of the year (autumn recruitment)

General full-time college students and recent graduates (including college freshmen)

2. Basic conditions

Citizens who are 18 to 22 years old before December 31, 2023, and university graduates are relaxed to 24 years old. Boys must be over 160cm tall; naked eye vision in any eye should be no less than 4.5. The recruitment conditions for girls are subject to this year’s recruitment order.

3. Selection of the application place

(1) Select the place of origin (hometown) of the application place

(2) Select the Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College (school) as the application place )

Remarks: The political treatment is the same, and students can voluntarily choose the application site according to their own circumstances.

December 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023.

1. Male soldiers

(1) Registration time in the first half of the year (spring recruitment)

Registration time: December 1, 2022 - February 20, 2023.

Physical examination time: early February 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Political review time: late February 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Approved for enlistment: March 2023.

(2) Registration time for the second half of the year (autumn recruitment)

Registration time: April 1 - August 15, 2023.

Physical examination time: late June 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Political review time: August 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Approved for enlistment: September 2023.

Note: The application location is Yangzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College, and the physical examination will be at the end of the semester.

2. Female soldiers

(1) Registration time for the first half of the year (spring recruitment)

Registration time: December 1, 2022 - February 2023 At 18:00 on March 10th.

Physical examination time: early February 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Political review time: late February 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Approved for enlistment: March 2023.

(2) Registration time for the second half of the year (autumn recruitment)

Registration time: July 1, 2023 - 18:00 on August 10, 2023.

Physical examination time: July 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Political review time: August 2023 (subject to notification from the superior military service agency).

Approved for enlistment: September 2023.

5. Military Service Registration and Application Methods

From December 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, log in to the National Military Recruitment Network website: www.gfbzb.gov. cn, for registration, military service registration, and registration.

Remarks: Students who choose their place of origin (hometown) to apply must register with the school’s Human Resources Department.

6. Reward Policy

(1) Current students: retain their student status and can return to school within 2 years after retirement; the national finance implements tuition compensation, loan reimbursement and tuition assistance.

(2) Fresh graduates: Priority will be given to promoting officers, selecting non-commissioned officers, and arranging technical positions. The national finance implements tuition compensation, loan repayment and tuition assistance.

(3) After retirement, on the premise of completing higher vocational (junior college) studies, students can enroll in general undergraduate programs without examination, or enroll in adult undergraduate programs according to their wishes.

8. Relevant Requirements

(1) Each secondary college should actively carry out recruitment propaganda and mobilization work, encourage young students to actively sign up to join the army, go to the military camp to train and grow, and contribute to national defense construction , and contribute to building a world-class military.

(2) The majority of young people who are drafted can choose to participate in spring or autumn recruitment based on their own wishes, studies, family and other circumstances.

(3) Students who are drafted into the army in the spring must submit their graduation project or thesis to their instructor before enlisting in the army in March, otherwise normal graduation will be affected.
