At 8 o'clock on the evening of April 26th, 2020, a large-scale live historical dance drama "Song of Eternal Sorrow" was staged again in Huaqing Palace Scenic Area, Lintong District, Xi City. The brand-new blooming of the 2020 edition of Song of Eternal Sorrow reflects the recovery and revitalization of Shaanxi tourism under the situation that the epidemic prevention and control continues to improve.

In 2007, the live historical dance drama "Song of Eternal Sorrow" became a business card of Shaanxi cultural tourism. However, I haven't had a chance to watch it, just listening to people's constant praise. On the afternoon of April 25th, I received an invitation from Huaqing Palace Scenic Area to lead my family to watch the premiere, which was beautiful and shocking.

The performance lasted about one and a half hours, based on Bai Juyi's masterpiece Song of Eternal Sorrow, and told the love story between Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei. At the same time, fully tap the resources of scenic spots, use high-tech dance lighting, and combine ancient historical stories with modern live performances. Music and dance are wonderful, and the weather is diverse. Tang Xuanzong and Yang Guifei were immersed in happiness.

Act II: We tell each other in secret in the silent midnight world.

The stars are shining, the moon is like a hook, and the whole Mount Li is illuminated by bright lights. Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty and Yang Guifei sat in the Palace of Eternal Life, looking up at the Milky Way, telling their worries, burning incense and taking a heartfelt oath together.

Act III: It was early spring. They bathed her in a pure pool.

Surrounded by many ladies-in-waiting, Yang Guifei stepped into the water in gauze, her chest half covered. Behind the thin water curtain, Yang Guifei and the maid-in-waiting are playing in the bath, and the charming figure constitutes a touching bathing picture.

The imperial concubine was drunk, dimly lit, graceful and her skirt fluttered. Yang Yuhuan is like a willow tree in the spring breeze, gentle as a flowing stream. Yang Guifei was carefree, and Gao Lishi served around without any neglect, showing peace and tranquility.

When Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty returned to Chang 'an, Yang Guifei's appearance haunted his mind. In his sleep, he walked into Penglai fairyland and saw Yang Guifei again. The fairies danced with colorful silk in their hands, gorgeous and elegant. Countless white doves spread their wings and expressed their best wishes: "We hope to fly in the sky, and two birds will become one and grow together on the ground, two branches of a tree." .
