How to report the loss of a mobile phone card:

① SMS loss reporting: send GS (space) mobile phone number (space) user password to 10086.

② Call the customer's manual hotline 10086 to report the loss.

③ Apply for loss reporting through China Mobile official website.

(4) Bring valid identification documents to the local business hall to report the loss.

After applying for loss reporting of mobile phones, China Mobile will charge for the loss reporting service. Please refer to China Mobile official website for specific charging standards. After the loss is reported, as long as there is a phone bill balance in the customer's mobile phone card, the customer will remain in the state of reporting the loss. However, if there is arrears due to the loss reporting fee, China Mobile will take back the number three months after the arrears start. If the customer has not operated it, China Mobile will take back the number.
