I have been puzzled by this problem for a long time. I use Xiaomi 4 mobile phone of Android. The mobile phone comes with one: "Security Center"! You can find it in Security Center: Settings ... Network Assistant ... Automatic correction (turn off this function).

Settings: Allow networking, and receive monthly safety reports and recommendation information, which can be closed directly.
