If your number cannot apply for international roaming and activate the international roaming monthly or daily subscription service, it cannot be ruled out that it is due to the following circumstances:

1. The number has not yet activated the international roaming function;

2. Your mobile phone is in abnormal status such as arrears, shutdown, etc.;

3. Some business processing functions are affected during the billing period or the end of the month.
