then, distribute the phone number of the normal call of the calling system to the attendant. The operator then calls the victims one by one to register the personal information of the victims who agreed to pay the "personal income tax" in detail. Then, the cashier impersonates the post office staff, confirms the victim's agreement to pay the "personal income tax" by telephone, makes a unified form, and sends the victim's personal information to a branch of China Post by e-mail.

After the courier arrives at the local post office, the operator or merchandiser will inform the victims to pay 699 yuan or 799 yuan to get the package.
