Please check whether you have kept my mobile phone number correctly first. You can call the customer service telephone number of China Bank at 95566 for manual service. After checking your identity, the agent will check your mobile phone number kept in BNMS.

1. If it is confirmed that the mobile phone number in the system is not the customer's own mobile phone number or 1 1 digit, the customer is advised to make changes at the counter with the valid identification of the card/discount and card issuance/discount of the online banking related account.
