Unlocking method of digital TV set-top box

Usually, different types of digital TV set-top boxes have different unlocking passwords = you can try to unlock them in the following ways.

Check the instruction manual

First check the user manual of the set-top box. There is usually an unlocking method. Just follow the instructions to unlock it.

Try the default password.

If there is no manual, please try to enter 0000 or 1234 unlock in the unlock password input box, which is the default unlock password for most set-top boxes.

Restore factory settings

If you still can't unlock it, you can try to restore the set-top box to the factory settings to unlock it: press the menu key to find the system settings, find the system recovery after entering, and press the Enter key to restore the system of the set-top box to the factory settings and return to normal.

Contact customer service

If all the above methods can't be unlocked, it is recommended to contact the set-top box customer service in time and unlock it according to the unlocking method informed by the customer service; Or the customer service will arrange for professionals to come to the door to unlock.
