Without online banking, how can I check the passbook balance on the CCB website?

There is no way. Because passbook is a relatively backward bank deposit method, it can't be combined with modern information technology, so it can't be queried through ATM, network and mobile phone. Therefore, the only way is to inquire through the nearby CCB outlets and counters.

It is suggested to apply for a bank card and open online banking and mobile banking at the same time, so it is very simple to check the account balance on CCB. Five query methods are provided below:

1. After opening online banking or mobile banking of CCB, use computer and mobile phone to check the balance and log in to online banking of CCB.

2. Open the short message notification function of CCB balance, and send short messages to inquire about the balance of CCB card.

3. Inquire at the bank counter with the CCB card through the nearby savings outlets of CCB;

4. Call the customer service telephone number of China Construction Bank 7x24 hours to inquire, and follow the voice prompts to call for local telephone charges;

5. Inquire through the ATM and other self-service devices of the nearby CCB or any bank, insert the card and enter the password to inquire.
