Fourth, matters needing attention

1. Residents are required to carry their ID cards. Residents without ID cards should bring their household registration books, wear masks all the time, and go to the sampling point for nucleic acid testing.

2. During the sampling period, all personnel should wear masks all the time, and strictly keep a distance of "one meter". They are not allowed to walk around the sampling site at will to prevent cross-infection. After the sampling is completed, you must obey the unified command of the field staff and leave the sampling point for home as soon as possible according to the prescribed route. Please remain relatively still before opening, and don't go out.

Persons who have been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine within 3.48 hours cannot take nucleic acid samples, but they must explain the situation to the unit and village staff in time, provide proof and make registration, and collect and test nucleic acid at home in time after 48 hours.

4. The staff will provide door-to-door sampling service for elderly people living alone, disabled people and patients with chronic diseases, and ask other family members to dock with the staff in time.

5. During the static control period, except for the staff who hold work certificates to participate in nucleic acid detection, the rest of the staff will strictly stay where they are now living and avoid going out. There is only one entrance and exit in each village, and a special person is arranged to be on duty 24 hours a day. If it is really necessary to leave because of special circumstances, you must go to your unit, township or village for filing and examination and approval procedures. Except for urban operation and security industries such as water, electricity, heating and communication. , all business premises in the domain will be closed. Personnel of key enterprises, construction sites and designated suppliers shall eat and live in the unit, and shall not go out at will, and obey the unified arrangements of the competent departments of the industry. The unit is responsible for contacting the local prevention and control office to arrange nucleic acid sampling.

6. During the nucleic acid detection of all employees, the whole area will be temporarily closed for management and traffic control, and all entrances and exits of the area will be inspected and controlled. There is no emergency, people and vehicles can't get in and out, the whole area is still managed, and all transit vehicles will bypass.

7. The public security organs will strictly investigate the legal responsibility for acts that affect the prevention and control of the epidemic, such as refusing to cooperate with nucleic acid testing, disturbing order, concealing, making false reports and tampering with information.

The above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to nucleic acid detection and epidemic risk assessment results.
