How to check the phone bill through SMS on telecom mobile phone

There are three main ways for China Telecom to inquire about telephone charges, among which there are three ways for SMS inquiry. For the sake of comprehensiveness, all of them are listed here for reference. You can choose the method that suits you best.

Method 1: Call customer service:

Call 10000 and you can find it according to the prompts. Generally, press 1 first, then 1, then 1 to check the phone bill, and press 2 to check the balance.

Call 1000 1, and then hang up, and you can receive the information of phone bill+balance.

Method 2: SMS query:

Send 10 1 to 100 1, and you can quickly query the phone bill information.

Send 102 to 1000 1 to quickly query the balance.

Send 103 to 1000 1 express bill.

Method 3: Log in to the online business hall:

Log in to the online business hall, and you can query all the information conveniently/clearly.

Log in to the telecom online business hall, and you can also quickly check the phone bill.
